Project - Blog Your Passion
The purpose of this project is to encourage you to share something you are passionate about with people in an out of our class. The 20% Time Project you chose will be the basis for the info you share. Your work will be viewed and hopefully leave an impact on many people.

This post (in fact, the project) provides a way for all of us to share our blogs. Feel free to show off a little. The minimum expectations are below. I expect you to really take this project to the next level.

Getting started:
·       Log in to the Google Suite like you would for Google Drive or Docs.
·       Use either your Gmail account or your school email.
·       Create a Blog that presents interesting information that you have encountered relating to your 20% Time Project. You may use any images or videos you have collected. You must properly cite the work of others (including sentences, images, and videos).

Comment to this Post and include:
Name: First name and last initial
Blog Title: The title or topic of the blog
Blog URL: the URL or web address of your Blog (hyperlink if you can)

BLOG YOUR PASSION PROJECT RUBRIC
On your Blog you will be graded as follows:
·       add name, title, and url in a comment on this Blog Post. (see above and examples below) You want people to leave comments on your Blog, so make the title and topic interesting. All content must be school appropriate. (10)
·       formatting and style. Make it easily readable and add some interesting images, gadgets, color, unique formatting, audio, video, and general pizzazz to match your skill level (20)
·       professionalism. Keep a clean appearance.
Use appropriate language and topics. Moderate your comments for prevent garbage from appearing on your Blog. Check your spelling and grammar. Cite the sources of your information. Use
http://www.easybib.com/ or similar online citation creator if you want. Each post needs its own citations unless it is 100% original words. (20)
·       create at least 1 Post per week. Each should be different and interesting, but still relate to your 20 % Time Project. (30)
·       accept at least 10 comments. Only accept clean and appropriate comments. You may want to encourage others to visit your blog. It helps to have an interesting title and Posts. (20)
